The LG VX9900 (update to the VX9800) is one of the best phones Verizon has ever had. Great battery life and reception. They keyboard is easier to type on than PDA's but a con for business users is that although the enV supports Outlook E-mail sync, it does not sync with Outlook Contacts and Calendar as easily as I would like.
